1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account, or using any service provided by bj33 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bj33. 4. Deposits and Payment Methods

5. Withdrawals and Processing

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to verification of your identity and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes during business hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any verification requirements.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as specified on the withdrawal page. bj33 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large withdrawals or in cases where fraud or suspicious activity is suspected. Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to wagering requirements and bonus terms, which must be satisfied before funds become eligible for withdrawal.

bj33 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing. However, for withdrawals below the minimum threshold or for expedited processing requests, a nominal administrative fee may apply. We reserve the right to refuse withdrawal requests if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or in violation of these Terms.

6. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

In cases of abandoned events, postponed matches, or disputed outcomes, bj33 follows the official rulings of the relevant sports governing body. 7. Bonuses and Promotions

bj33 may offer bonuses, promotions, and other incentives from time to time at our sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount or combined bonus and deposit amount must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The bj33 brand name and logo are registered trademarks.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without our express written consent. Any unauthorised use constitutes a violation of these Terms and may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

The bj33 platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bj33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

bj33 is not responsible for losses caused by technical failures, communication line failures, internet disruptions, unauthorised access by third parties, or any other causes beyond our reasonable control. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that you participate in all gaming activities voluntarily and at your own risk.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification and any pending wagering requirements. bj33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misused the Platform.

Grounds for account suspension or termination include, but are not limited to: providing false information during registration, being underage, holding multiple accounts, engaging in collusion or cheating, abusing bonuses, using the Platform for money laundering or other illegal purposes, or behaving in an abusive or threatening manner toward other users or staff. In cases of account closure for breach of Terms, bj33 may confiscate any remaining balance and reserves the right to pursue legal action for recovery of damages.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your account, a transaction, or any aspect of the bj33 service, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve your complaint promptly and fairly. You must provide all relevant information and documentation to support your complaint.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

12. Changes to Terms

bj33 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any modification, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, we may provide notice via email or through a prominent announcement on the Platform. However, we are not obligated to provide such notice, and the absence of notice does not invalidate any changes to these Terms.
